EXCHANGES
You can get your shoe size changed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
- Spain (Peninsula and The Balearic Islands): Free
- Europe: Free
- USA and Canada: size changes will be processed as new order.
Please contact us at hello@adebamadrid.com for shoe size changes in other countries.
If you want a second size change, you should place a new order.
All products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original box. The box must be well protected with another box or wrapping.Shoes must keep their sole protector in their original condition for an exchange or return to be accepted. We kindly ask you to stand on a carpeted surface when you try on your shoes, so that they are in an unchanged condition.
You can schedule a pick up and we will deliver the size requested when we collect your return. You can also drop off your parcel at the shipping company pick-up point.
Size changes will be subject to the availability of the new products requested.

RETURNS
You may return your purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
Return costs:
- Spain: Free (in-store)/ 6€ (shipping company)
- Portugal: 9€
- Rest of Europe: 10€
- USA and Canada: 19€

Returns are free if you opt for an "ADEBA VOUCHER" instead of a cash refund.
If you choose an instant cash refund, please note that a €1.5 fee will be applied. There is no extra cost if we process your refund after we receive your returned order.
